Happy new year in Mt Baker

The forecast didn’t lie. It was snowing and snowing and we had about 30 cm of fresh snow every day for almost a week! Didn’t see the sun, but when we’re spoiled with powder we can’t complain. Since we couldn’t see much we had to forget about the big mountain skiing and move into the forest. Mt Baker is known for the good tree skiing and nice pillow lines, and let me tell you that we were not disappointed. Amazing snow and terrain that made you creative and happy. We had lots of fun filming and skiing in Mt Baker, and we were skiing every day, even the day after New Years Eve which surprised me when I think back of the night activities a few hours earlier. New years eve was celebrated in our house with good food (not burgers with fries), nice music and lots of lemonade for grown ups. The pictures will talk for themselves. Satisfied we went to bed after the last day of skiing in Mt Baker, and woke up full of expectations. Stevens Pass was the next destination, and the latest news were….guess what…heavy snowfall. Surprise?? Later!!// Pierre
